Position Summary
Reporting to the Director of Project Management, the Assistant Project Manager follows established project management processes to deliver assigned projects on time and within budget and meets high-quality standards and stakeholder expectations.
This position supports all operational and tactical aspects of IT projects, including planning, cost management, scope management, change management, resource management, communications, schedules, deliverables, and quality.
This position may require evening, weekend, and holiday hours.

- Creates detailed project plans, risks, schedules, milestones, cost, performance, metrics, resource needs, availability, and commitments.
- Provides clear, accurate, and timely communications, including status reports with project-specific KPIs.
- Assists with managing changes to project scope and relationships with IT resources, vendors, stakeholders, and user community, and facilitates project communication.
- Works closely with multiple departments and teams and drives successful project delivery
- Handles multiple projects and assignments.

- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of two years of experience in project management and business analysis across the full project lifecycle or an equivalent combination of education and experience

- Working knowledge Google Suite, MS Office Suite (Windows, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Project management and business analyst skills.
- Analytical/problem solving, troubleshooting, and technical skills
- Effective communication and customer service skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage own work and outcomes independently.
- Successful candidates should have a knowledge of and commitment to the goals of Jesuit Education.
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP or Prince2 or Six Sigma Certification
