Job Description Summary
The Temporary Research Project Manager will ensure that site staff prepare the Penn and other sites for Site Selection, Study Startup, engage fully and compliantly in ongoing study activities, and that site staff complete all activities related to and including the Study Closeout Visit (SCV) and Archiving activities. Operational Responsibilities-ensure that site staff are adequately trained on all systems, work flows, and processes applicable to their roles, that training, functional capabilities, and duty execution remain aligned with role and Institutional expectations, and that site staff resolve problems and/or queries compliantly and satisfactorily to all relevant parties.
